We are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Recruitment Consultant who is committed to providing a professional knowledge-based service.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 1-2 years in permanent recruitment with a proven track record in sales and an understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
You must be a driver with access to your own transportation.
Temporary Recruitment Consultant main duties:
- Working as a recruitment consultant, you'll attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media and job boards, as well headhunting and through referrals.
- Screen candidates, interview them and finally match them to vacancies and assignments
- You will use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
- Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client
- Informing candidates about the results of interviews
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates
- Arrange client visits onsite to understand needs and business operations
Temporary Recruitment Consultant required skills and experience:
- Experience in a Temporary recruitment role, ideally within manufacturing, industrial and engineering environments
- High energy and a great work ethic
- Previous sales experience essential
- Thrives on working to targets and driving your own success
- A competitive edge and a winning attitude
- Strong communicator who can build rapport and develop business relationships
- Resilient and able to think on your feet & problem solve
- Must possess a valid driving license and have access to own vehicle for client visits.
