They don't hire very often, but following recent growth and to build additional resilience within their London finance team, they have a new opening for a Revenue & Credit Controller looking for a supportive environment in which to thrive.

What does work/life balance look like here?

Standard hours are 09:00-17:00 with room for flexibility. Reduced hours can be considered, although there is a need for Mon-Friday to be covered being a smaller team. They operate a hybrid work policy of 2 days in the office and 3 remote. Annual leave starts at 28 days with scope to buy or sell 3 days. You'll be hard pushed to find this elsewhere in the sector.

We're looking for a 360 Revenue Controller with experience of billing, WIP management and collections gained within a law firm or other professional services environment. A proactive individual, able to sharpen Partners focus on achieving billing and collections targets.

Salary is up to £45k, with a comprehensive benefits package including discretionary bonus.
