Project Manager

We're looking for someone to join a fast paced team to help on the project management side. This role is crucial to keeping the workflow running smoothly by facilitating briefings, communication and resource management within the team.

This person must be highly organised and also have experience or interest in digital design. You will work with multiple designers to organise workflow, take briefings, manage files, and also consult on design output and decisions throughout the process.

This role is focussed around servicing one key brand in the Home Care division, responsible for the delivery of projects & managing stakeholders and optimising the team's efficiency and productivity. This role will report into a Project Director.

Day to day responsibilities:

Workflow Management & Documentation

  • Help to coordinate daily huddles
  • Keep Kanban board up to date
  • Triage and assign work / briefs
  • Coordinate briefs in progress to ensure deadlines are hit
  • Chase brands for assets, feedback, help unblock what is needed
  • Keeping Notion up to date with correct documentation
  • Managing asset bank (getting packshots, logos, fonts, brand books and keeping these up to date)
  • Managing file sharing folder structure inside and ensuring designers upload their work
  • Craft and send out brand 'weekly dispatches' to brand liaisons

Taking briefs

  • Ensuring briefs are properly filled out, qualify and interrogate briefs, and setting up times for f2f/video briefing
  • Collating all assets and filing properly for accessibility (filing in Kanban, file sharing, ensuring accessibility to the right people)
  • Ensuring Kanban brief information is up to date and filled out

QA & Feedback

  • QA work going out to brands against brief and feedback
  • Getting and understanding feedback from stakeholders and ensuring it's implemented

Team management

  • Smoothly manage operations and manage team members working in your assigned brands
  • Review deliverables and identify areas for improvement
  • Define upskill opportunities for the team
  • Help lead to manage team budget and demonstrate positive ROI

Brand knowledge

  • Learn about the brand design principles across Home Care and ensure all output from the studio follows brand guidelines
  • Be a touchpoint for brand team information that affects the design team schedule
  • Build relationships with brand teams and ensure service levels are maintained
