Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload covering residential conveyancing, commercial property transactions, and landlord and tenant disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare correspondence as required.
- Manage own case load comfortable and with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements
- 1+PQE
- Proven experience in handling a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters.
- IT Literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Salary is DOE (£35k-£50k)
