The HR Advisor role is essential to the smooth running of our human resources operations, requiring an individual who is both detail-oriented and people-focused. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and advice to staff within a busy manufacturing environment.

Description
- Bring fresh ideas and new perspectives to the role
- Advise on ways to improve the current HR operation and get involved in highly impactful projects
- Provide generalist HR support to the team
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Review current policies and procedures and ensure policies, procedures and HR systems are up to date
- Handle employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries (this is not a heavy ER role but you will be expected to be able to manage end-to-end cases as part of the role)
- Monitor staff performance and attendance
- Assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information
- Participate in projects as needed, such as training and development initiatives
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A CIPD or equivalent experience or qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Offer
- Salary range of approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
