Having recently hired a highly experienced HR specialist to update HR policies to the highest standard, an opportunity has been identified to support her in these duties.
A large part of this support is in updating policies and procedures, particularly in:
- Disciplinary
- Grievance
- Recruitment
- Payroll
- Absence management
- Performance review
- Exit interview
- Probation
- Talent management
- Learning and development
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Have HR Administrative experience, ideally in the academic sector.
- Great attention to detail
- Proof reading,
- Able to write with detail and creativity.
This is not a hybrid or remote role and is office based, 9am - 5.30pm
