The Opportunity

As Lettings Manager, you'll take full responsibility for:

Team Leadership

  • Managing a team of 6 lettings professionals
  • Driving performance and achieving targets
  • Implementing training and development programmes
  • Creating a high-performance culture
  • Monitoring and improving KPIs

Business Development

  • Growing the managed property portfolio
  • Building relationships with key landlords
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Maintaining high client retention rates
  • Developing marketing strategies

Operational Excellence

  • Overseeing property management operations
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Managing departmental budgets
  • Implementing process improvements
  • Maintaining service standards

What You'll Need

Essential Requirements

  • Proven Lettings Management or Senior Negotiator experience
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • ARLA qualification (or working towards)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation
  • Track record in team development
  • Business development experience
