The Opportunity
As Lettings Manager, you'll take full responsibility for:
Team Leadership
- Managing a team of 6 lettings professionals
- Driving performance and achieving targets
- Implementing training and development programmes
- Creating a high-performance culture
- Monitoring and improving KPIs
Business Development
- Growing the managed property portfolio
- Building relationships with key landlords
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Maintaining high client retention rates
- Developing marketing strategies
Operational Excellence
- Overseeing property management operations
- Ensuring compliance with legislation
- Managing departmental budgets
- Implementing process improvements
- Maintaining service standards
What You'll Need
Essential Requirements
- Proven Lettings Management or Senior Negotiator experience
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- ARLA qualification (or working towards)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation
- Track record in team development
- Business development experience
