We're seeking a talented Senior Administrator to join my clients growing team in St. Albans.

As a Senior Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the team of financial advisors and providing exceptional administrative support to our individual and corporate clients. With a focus on pensions and employee benefits, your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Data Management: Accurately input and update client personal details and policy information into the Intelliflo system.

Advisor Support: Prepare and organize necessary paperwork for client meetings, ensuring all relevant information is readily available.

New Business Coordination: Liaise with advisors, product providers, and third parties to ensure smooth processing of new business applications.

Documentation Preparation: Prepare valuations, performance reports, and other necessary documents for client review meetings.

Client Services: Greet and assist clients, handle incoming calls, and provide general administrative support.

Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Compliance Adherence: Ensure that all firm procedures and compliance requirements are strictly followed.

Project Assistance: Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed, supporting the team in achieving project goals.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 1 years' previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong administration and communication skills.
  • Financial Services Background - exams preferred.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to manage your own workload.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Be able to work on your own or as part of a team.
