The Client:

A leader in the insurance broking industry is looking to add a Service Desk Team Lead to their team. Through working with the top insurance brokers in the UK, this client is a powerhouse in the broker market. Their goal is to be the leading digital broker in the industry and work with the biggest insurance brands possible.

They're ideally looking for someone who is experienced in previously leading Service Desk/IT Support teams and has senior experience on a Service Desk.

What's needed for me to be considered?

  • Team Lead experience within Service Desk/IT Support teams
  • Extensive knowledge in Service Desk/IT Support
  • Change Management experience
  • ITIL Qualified would be a bonus
