What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have around 6 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on Laravel. This is a small, agile business where every team member plays a crucial role in shaping the company's direction. They value feedback and creativity, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to both daily tasks and long-term projects.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and will need to manage your workload and time effectively.
Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Laravel (TALL Stack) and PHP 8
- Extensive experience with MySQL and query optimisation
- Proficiency in AWS Cloud services and containerisation
- Familiarity with Apache2 and LSWS
- Experience in creating and implementing API Restful services and integrations
- Proficiency in at least one front-end framework (React or Vue preferred)
- CI/CD integration and building using GitHub Actions
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Pre-processing with SCSS
- Creating unit tests with PHP Unit & Jest
