We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide efficient and effective support within our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and organise administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Support the team with data entry and database management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports and budget tracking.
- Provide general support to visitors and handle queries from the public and customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- A positive attitude and a team player.
