We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide efficient and effective support within our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and organise administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support the team with data entry and database management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of expense reports and budget tracking.
  • Provide general support to visitors and handle queries from the public and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • A positive attitude and a team player.
