Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Direct to Consumer (DTC) Marketing Manager to lead and execute all direct-to-consumer marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through online and offline channels, enhancing customer loyalty, and optimising the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the food retail sector and a proven track record in DTC marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive DTC marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets, including product content, imagery, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Lead customer segmentation and targeting efforts to tailor messaging for different audience groups.
  • Drive customer loyalty through targeted retention programmes, including personalised marketing and subscription models.
  • Manage external partnerships with agencies, influencers, and other marketing vendors.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a DTC marketing role, ideally within the food retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Creative ideas in order to stimulate growth with GTM strategies.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferable but not required
  • Experience with customer loyalty programmes and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with the latest food and consumer trends.
