My client is entering a period of expansion and growth across their Product Team and are looking for that special individual to help coordinate their companies' vision and ambitions.

The Product Governance and Project Coordinator will play a vital role in keeping the Product team organised around good governance practice.

As a Product Governance and Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly Product Governance Committee, tracking open initiatives and deliverables, providing project management support where needed.

Main duties include:

  • Preparing and distributing the agenda, minutes, and materials for the monthly Product Governance Committee meetings
  • Tracking and monitoring the progress of open initiatives and actions, providing project management support where needed and following up with Product Managers and other owners on the status, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Coordinating with Product Managers on the preparation and submission of product proposals, business cases, product risk assessments, and annual reviews, ensuring that they meet the quality standards and requirements of the product governance framework.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating a product governance dashboard, reporting on the key performance indicators, risks, issues, and opportunities of the product portfolio.

The ideal Product Governance and Project Coordinator will have the ability to look across multiple work streams and tie them into an organised view that provides central oversight. Excellent communication skills are essential as is a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite to prepare documents, trackers, and templates to support the team's needs.

Based from either the flagship Central London office or Kent Head Quarters you will receive**:**
