HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the largest companies within the manufacturing industry based in Battersea as a Customer Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, able to work as part of a team or individually. You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities within existing customers. You will own your own client base and be responsible for processing customer's orders.

General Duties -
- Handle calls professionally and in a timely manner
- Minimising order losses by providing solutions to the customers
- Process orders over the phone
- Upselling products to maximise customer spend
General Requirements -
- Be self-motivated and work towards targets
- Excellent listener and communicator
- Previous experience in fast paced office/call centre environment
- Strong customer service skills
