  • Working hours/days: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the largest companies within the manufacturing industry based in Battersea as a Customer Service Advisor.

The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, able to work as part of a team or individually. You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities within existing customers. You will own your own client base and be responsible for processing customer's orders.

General Duties -

  • Handle calls professionally and in a timely manner
  • Minimising order losses by providing solutions to the customers
  • Process orders over the phone
  • Upselling products to maximise customer spend

General Requirements -

  • Be self-motivated and work towards targets
  • Excellent listener and communicator
  • Previous experience in fast paced office/call centre environment
  • Strong customer service skills
