TSR Legal is excited to partner with a distinguished law firm that is expanding its Residential team due to departmental growth. We are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer with 2-6 years of PQE and requisite qualifications (SRA, CLC, or CILEx).
The ideal candidate will excel in utilising case management systems to maintain excellent customer service standards, manage deadlines, and forge strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. You will also be responsible for handling a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of Residential Property cases, including shared ownership, lease extensions, staircasing, and standard transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough due diligence at every stage of the Residential Conveyancing process.
- Demonstrating expertise in the legal framework surrounding residential property transactions, including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties, and various transaction types (e.g., sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, deeds of variation).
- Performing detailed research to deliver accurate and informed advice to clients.
- Maintaining high standards of client service and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Achieving time and billing targets with precision and adherence to compliance standards.
- Efficiently managing a varied caseload, adapting to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Progressing client matters with diligence, ensuring files are meticulously organised.
