LHH is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a prestigious financial services firm. This position is based in the City of London and offers a hybrid working arrangement. As an HRBP, you will collaborate with the Head of UK HRBPs, management, employees, and project managers, supporting various initiatives including TUPE transfers, organisational design, consultations, change management, and more.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately and commit to an ongoing temporary role. Please find further details below.

Duties

  • Provide HR Support to an employee population of just under 3000.
  • You will be supporting the front, middle and back-office department.
  • Act as a willing advisor to staff for all levels of the business.
  • Design and delivering a people plans.
  • Support with TUPE Strategy and planning.
  • Supporting at risk employees
  • Define a retention and strategy plan.
  • Creating an employee consultation strategy and plan.
  • Define department resource plan to support implementation and transition of roles.
  • Leading on employee relations to specific projects
  • Supporting managers understanding on UK Employment law frameworks.
  • Analysing employee relations data.
  • Supports the Reward team in reviewing salary bench-marking ensuring consistency.
  • Creating strong and credible relationships across the organisations.

Requirements

  • Ideally working in this level or similar level role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal / teamwork skills
  • Confident with counselling and facilitation
  • Solution focused with a positive attitude!
  • Highly disciplined person with ability to converse and express well-reasoned arguments and to influence the senior leadership team.
