We have an opportunity for a Lettings Coordinator to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis.
We can be flexible with the location of this rolewith offices in Basingstoke, Bristol, Christchurch, Newbury or Poole.
You'll have a mix of home and office working withoccasional travel to our Greenham Hub in Newbury for training and team meetings.
The starting salaryis circa £24,000.
The Role
OurCoordinatorsplay a key role in supportingus to provide good quality affordablehomes to those in need.
You willsupport one of our lettings teams with their administrative tasks which will include advertisingour new lettings opportunities, issuing and following up paperwork, data input and tenancy set up.
This is a really busy role where you will be completing multiple tasks, navigatingour in house systems and working to deadlines.
We are looking for:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Experience of communicatingwith internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Experience of using multiple IT systems and a basic knowledge of Excel
A knowledge of housing is desirable but not essential.
