This is what you'll be doing
As an Associate in the Real Estate team, you will be responsible for the following day to day duties:-
- Provide succinct, practical, and persuasive legal advice to clients.
- Manage a substantial and varied workload efficiently and cost-effectively with appropriate supervision.
- Draft routine development documents using appropriate precedents and prepare initial drafts of more complex development documents.
- Build strong rapport with clients, identifying and following through on opportunities.
- Attend and assist in organizing and hosting client marketing events.
The experience you will bring to the team
You will bring the following experience to the Real Estate team:-
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with 2-6 years PQE.
- Proven experience in development matters and contracts, including options and conditional contracts.
- Demonstrable knowledge or willingness to develop knowledge in promotion agreements, overage arrangements, and hybrid promotion agreements.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of clients.
