Your new role
- Production of monthly Management Accounts for numerous offices
- Conduct monthly overhead variance analysis for numerous offices
- Preparation and input of accruals, prepayments, and other journals
- Production of weekly reports for the Finance Manager/Senior Finance Business Partner to review project performance
- Production of weekly Utilisation reports (percentage of billable hours worked)
- Production of Aged Unbilled report for the offices to review (costs not billed)
- Assist local offices to resolve issues/queries
- Assisting the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Business Partner with ad hoc reports and special projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrable experience of working in a management accountant role
- AAT Qualified or equivalent experience
- Highly experienced with EXCEL
- Ability to clearly communicate
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
What you'll get in return
- £30,000 - £35,000 annual salary
- 4 months temporary contract
