R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join abrilliant organisation on a part time basis (6 hours per day, 2 days per week). This will be a varied role where you will be key in providing strong administrative support across the business.

This is a part time, permanent role based in Norwich city centre, working 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesday), 6 hours per day, and is offering £15 per hour.

This rapidly growing business have gained an outstanding reputation since they began their operations. With an exceptionally talented team with years of expertise, they are looking to continue expanding and onboarding new clients across the country.

The day to day

  • Acting as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing clients, and signposting to the correct department.
  • Answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting the sales team by taking payments and sending invoices to clients.
  • Communicating with prospective clients, booking appointments with the sales team and ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required, including attending events.

You will have/be

  • Previous administration experience, with a keen eye for detail and outstanding organisation skills.
  • Strong IT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
