Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a broad client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Delivering a full range of services including management accounts, accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax returns, VAT returns, and bookkeeping.
- Working closely with Partners to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Overseeing and managing team workloads to meet deadlines efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Mentoring and supporting team members, fostering professional growth and upholding the firm's values.
- Actively seeking opportunities to expand the firm's client base and service offerings.
What We're Looking For:
