3rd Line Support Engineer
Onsite- Daventry
£32,000- 35,000 per annum
I have partnered with a large property company who are looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to join their helpdesk. The candidate will be responsible for IT related projects and assisting with helpdesk support; dealing with escalations from 1st and 2nd line, and acting as a mentor for more Junior engineers.
Requirements:
- Great understanding of Windows 10/11 and Windows Servers 2016-2022
- Active Directory management + deployment
- Experience with firewalls management
- Networking- DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN
- Virtual machine experience- Hyper-V/VMWare/Citrix management + maintenance
- Office 365 administration
- Dealing with escalations from 1st/2nd line support
- Involved with project based work- implementation + migration
This position may also require potential visits to other client sites including Peterborough and Cardiff so a driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
