They are looking for a careful and conscientious Legal Administrator to provide key support to their departments.
You will be supporting the team with a range of legal administration duties, including:
- Cover for reception, including greeting visitors and clients and managing phone calls.
- Assisting with physical and digital case filing, including archiving of case files.
- Data entry.
- Wills and Deeds retrievals.
- Scanning incoming post and franking outgoing post.
- Photocopying and general administration duties as required.
About you:
- You will be eager to develop your legal career, with an inquisitive nature, happy asking questions and willing to learn.
- You will be highly attentive, focused on detail as opposed to speed, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
- Flexible, adaptable and a keen self-starter.
- Professional demeanour with great communication skills.
- If you also have a degree within Law, this will be desirable.
