We are looking for a

Procurement Administrator

who is keen to be part of their forward-thinking team. You could be an applicant with prior experience in Procurement or someone with a desire to have a dedicated career in this field, with a background in either administration, coordination, supplier management etc.

As a part of this mission-driven organisation, you'll be joining a team of passionate individuals working to make a positive impact in their objective.

As a Procurement Administrator you'll handle daily procurement operations, ensuring all tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently. You will support the Procurement team in maintaining strong supplier relationships, and completing supplier audits in line with the company's procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring accurate information is recorded across internal systems.
  • Assist with procurement plans for customer compliance, estimating and reviewing forecasts.
  • Engage in communications and information sharing through webinars, online news, and written content.
  • Research potential new suppliers, gather insights, and participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Support with supplier audits to identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.

Skills Required

  • Prior background in Procurement or a desire to want a career in this field. Applicants with an administration, coordination or supplier management background will be considered
  • Ability to build professional relationships
  • Detail orientated mindset
  • Confidence with MS Office, strong skills in Excel would be advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
