Role: O365 Technical Support Analyst (InTune Deployment)
Salary: £36,000 per annum plus superb corporate benefits package (BUPA, Pension, Discounts, and much more!)
Location: Full time onsite in Walsall, West Midlands
An accomplished, Midlands based O365 Technical Support Analyst is required to join a leading retail business in Walsall during a period of impressive success and growth.
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst with strong experience of deploying Intune. You must have experience of an end to end deployment of Intune - inlcuding configuration, troubleshooting, End User Management and running updates within Intune. Someone who can deploy packaging (not just on mobile phones which is an app), but can push out through Windows 11, troubleshoot Intune errors.
You will also have 2nd Line Support experience to fix laptops etc.
Our client is at the start of their journey and are implementing Intune and they need a candidate to own the end to end process. You will also need a strong background working within O365 environments and strong experience with tools within O365.
Skills and experience required -
- Strong Intune deployment experience (end to end deployments)
- Excellent O365 experience
- Strong Technical Support background
- Technical installations/configurations of O365 tools
- Provide end user training where required
