**What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in education recruitment (or similar)
- A strong record of business development and client retention
- Driven, competitive and results-focused individuals
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- High professional standards and a strong personal drive
**What You'll Get:
- Base salary: £30,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure - no threshold, no ceiling. Earn commission from day one!
- Realistic OTE: £75,000 - £150,000+
