Responsibilities of a Newly Qualified Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons that provide opportunities for students to learn and express themselves.
- Ensure students are engaged, motivated, and on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Requirements for the Role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective behaviour management abilities
- A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate
- Flexibility and adaptability
Registration Requirements:
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. If you do not have one, you can apply through TimePlan, and it will be refunded after completing 20 days of work.
