Milton Keynes - flexible hybrid working

£80-£85,000 pa (pro-rata'd for contract length)

Our client is currently going through a restructuring exercise and is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to fill a skills gap in the HR team, for circa 6-9 months. The role will be around reviewing and implementing / embedding Objective Key Results (OKR) across the business. This is a UK, multi-sited organisation, so you will need to highlight evidence of delivering talent management across various locations in the UK, in you application.

Once a review has been delivered, you will implement capability assessments and support senior leadership in completion of these assessments, top down. The role will involve succession planning from Exec level downwards and you will have responsibility to build true leadership development programmes, creating a culture of development within the organisation.

As a result of the work you deliver, you will then impart this knowledge and expertise by educating the team to be able to drive forward the "Talent Management" agenda you have put in place to ensure the work you have delivered continues it's journey within the organisation, at the end of the contract.
