The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for safeguarding the digital assets of a market-leading business, ensuring the safety of its systems and data. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to integrate security into every aspect of operations, from development to deployment. Key Responsibilities for the Cybersecurity Analyst:
- Leading security audits and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities before they become threats.
- Developing and implementing advanced cybersecurity policies and protocols, setting the standard for digital safety.
- Monitoring network traffic to detect and neutralise potential threats.
- Working closely with development teams to embed security into the core of products.
- Acting as the cybersecurity champion, educating and empowering staff to maintain a secure digital environment.
Job Requirements for the Cybersecurity Analyst:
- Rapid7
- CISCO / SonicWALL
- Experience with AWS/GCP
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering a team-oriented approach to cybersecurity.
- A commitment to continuous learning, staying current with cybersecurity trends and technologies.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Cybersecurity certification - CISSP
