Right Now Group are recruiting for a Fine Art Specialist with an element of interior design. Our client are a Freight Forwarder that looks after Fine Art & Interior Design for Galleries, Museums and high worth individuals. Our Client are looking for a Client Account Manager to come and join the team.

Purpose of the Role of a Client Account Manager:

  • Manage an established portfolio of client accounts, nurturing and developing relationships while expanding the range of products and services utilised by clients.
  • Oversee and manage interior design projects from conception to completion.
  • Target potential new clients and market sectors to drive increased margins and profitability.
  • Provide project management and coordination to meet all operational requirements for fine art and high-value asset logistics.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience for the right Client Account Manager:

  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in fine art shipping or high-value asset logistics, with a solid understanding of air, sea, and road transportation, as well as knowledge of HM Customs import and export regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams at all levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of fine art handling practices, including shipping, storage, casing, and installation procedures, across sectors such as fine art and creative industries.
  • Experience in evaluating and quoting for shipping projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills when working with subcontractors and procuring services.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Competency with IT systems, particularly MS Office, with training provided on company-specific software.

Key Responsibilities for the Client Account Manager:

  • Ensure all client shipping requirements are met, with a focus on maintaining high service standards and adhering to client specifications.
  • Take ownership of the entire client experience throughout the shipping process, ensuring client satisfaction and surpassing expectations.
  • Plan operational requirements in advance to ensure resources are in place for smooth project execution.
  • Serve as a representative for fine art logistics across all shipping matters.
  • Communicate with clients regarding the status of their consignments and projects, maintaining transparency and excellent customer service.

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 08:30 - 17:30

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
