Your new role
We're seeking a Hard Services Manager/Technical Facilities Manager to lead our team in the West Midlands. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a knack for optimising building maintenance, this role might be perfect for you.Role Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Manage service contracts and vendor relationships -
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations -

Experienced engineers
Looking for candidates with electrical or mechanical skills (HVAC, Water, Air Con, Commercial Gas etc) ideally multi-skilled.
If there is no engineering background, then someone who can demonstrate skills in hard service.
