Management Accountant
Hemel Hempstead based - hybrid working (3 office / 2 home)
£40,000 - 50,000 DOE
Butler Rose is delighted to be working with this highly successful, growing SME in their search for a Management Accountant.
This role joins a friendly team of 5 in a brand new role as they expand their finance function due to business growth. As part of a wider global business you will benefit from working within an SME environment but with experience exposure of a larger group company. This is a great opportunity to work directly with a supportive and established senior finance team in a fast paced, high growth environment. This is a company whose business activities truly span several fast paced and exciting industries.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the following:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- P&L Accounting
- Responsibility for preparing budget information
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing and providing financial details for group consolidation accounting
- Group audit assistance
- Cashflow management
- Process and procedural improvements
- Supervisory experience at transactional level
