Description
- Undertake detailed surveys and produce reports.
- Damp and Mould focus.
- Liaise with clients to discuss project requirements and provide professional advice.
- Collaborate with the Construction team to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and apply relevant changes to work practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy planning.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all surveying activities.
Profile
A successful Surveyor should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering, or Surveying.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit and charities sector.
- A solid understanding of construction processes and surveying techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
