Business Travel Consultant Weekends and Evenings Fully Remote . A global Business Travel company are expanding their out of hours team and have an exciting opportunity which includes supporting clients over the telephone and by email with new and existing reservations, whilst offering a high level of service. This role will be working between 30-40hrs per week covering daytime weekend shifts weekend shifts 8.30am-6pm and weekday shifts 5.30pm-12am and offers a salary up to £35k FTE Suitable candidates will have experience working in business travel using sabre
Business Travel Consultants Weekends and Evenings duties:
Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts including offline/email bookings
Always offer first class customer service.
Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any airline/supplier using Amadeus
Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.
Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.
Business Travel Consultants Weekends and Evenings skills required.
Business Travel experience is essential
Experience using sabre
Able to work between 30-40hrs per week including either full weekends or part weekends and evening shifts
