Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring personalized attention to meet their individual requirements.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and implement specialized learning activities.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, nurturing the well-being and development of all students.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students.
  • Monitor and document the progress of individual students, adapting support strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role is beneficial.
  • Relevant qualifications in special education or a related field are advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a sincere passion for working with children with special educational needs.
