Job description
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a customer focused co-ordinator with a technical mind who is keen to learn. This role will be providing aftermarket contact and support to customers and the team.
Tasks
- Working together as part of a team to provide the best support to customers whilst maximising the efficiency.
- Quote and process orders
- Attend update meetings with the Shipping teams
- Provide information via email and phones to customers and engineers.
- Provide customer quotations, order processing and order acknowledgements.
- Ensure all customer requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
- Deal with invoicing and all administration surrounding the aftermarket sales.
Essential Skills
- Ability to digest technical information, so a keenness to learn and to be part of the team is essential
- Organised and efficient - with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to manage own workload and drive results. Be proactive in assisting others
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good general communication skills - able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent attitude to customer care.
- UK Driving Licence.
