This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's rapidly growing distribution sector as a Contracts & Partnership Assistant, based in Musselburgh.

As part of our client's team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an efficient service to customers, managing customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. You will have the chance to enhance your communication skills, gain knowledge of business operations, and contribute to the company's important work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, process, and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilise the CRM system, NetSuite, to upload and update orders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Contracts & Partnership team.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of service.
  • Maintain communication on any changes that may impact services.
  • Create and manage datasheets.
  • Embrace innovation and contribute new ideas to improve processes.

Key Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Strong ambition to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous customer service experience.
