Working for an established manufacturer based in Kings Lynn who offer a bespoke design and production service to the plastics industry.
Your new role
This is a new role incorporating managing production teams and their day-to-day production outputs via the production plan. You will have a good understanding of material requirements planning, working to the business production plan. You will be able to analyse BOMs, have
good working knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) to meet the production plan. You will plan labour requirements and work closely with the production plan, monitoring work flow to ensure orders are completed and despatched on time. You will manage the company's KPI's including number of finished products, percentage of rejects and raw material usage.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have good knowledge of production planning and processes, knowledge of ERP systems, strong IT and communication skills with a background in manufacturing.
