What You Can Expect
- Location - Dunstable
- Salary - £500 per day inside IR35
- Industry - Hospitality
- Work Type - 6-month contract (potential to go perm)
Key Responsibilities as an ER Delivery Manager
- HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders in navigating complex ER cases for optimal business outcomes.
- Review risks from legal, financial, and public image viewpoints.
- Deliver responsive ER solutions nationally.
- Mentoring and coaching of the HR advisor.
Core Experience and Skills
- Experience in BAU but also redundancies/settlements/restructures/TUPE/ ER change is essential!
- Happy to do 3 days per week onsite in Dunstable.
