We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Drama specialist for our client, a highly regarded secondary school in Newham. This is a full-time position starting in September 2024, teaching Drama across all Key Stages.
Job Role Requirements:
- Deliver engaging and effective Drama lessons to students across all Key Stages.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the school's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Drama or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Drama at various Key Stages.
Person Specification:
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Drama.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
