We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Coordinator based in Milton Keynes on a full-time 6-month contract basis. Our client is a well-established, reputable and global automation company. They are looking for someone to start in mid-November.
Responsibilities of the Event Coordinator
- Planning and executing marketing events such as trade shows.
- Coordinate budgets and logistics.
- Attendee tracking.
- Pre and post event evaluations.
- Procure and coordinate vendor services.
- Provide on-site event support.
- Dealing with venues, vendors, AV, catering.
Requirements for a successful Event Coordinator
- Minimum 5 years Events experience.
- Experience in managing and coordinating budgets.
- Procurement and logistics experience.
- Good timekeeping.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
