Business Development Manager (Estate Agency)

We are a currently working with a high calibre independent agency based in Hackney, specialising in residential property sales, lettings, and property management. Their services extends to furniture, interiors, and renovation projects, providing a comprehensive and personalised service in relation to "all things residential" to their clients. They pride themselves on their bespoke approach and are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving new business and revenue streams through property sales, lettings, and property management services. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to ensure the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential property market, including sales, lettings, and property management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Provide bespoke advice and support to clients regarding property investments, market conditions, and financial considerations.
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events and industry functions to promote the agency and build professional relationships.
  • Some flexibility from time to time with Property Management, viewings and general running of the office.

Ideal Candidate requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience within the property industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.·Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.·Strong negotiation and closing skills.·Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.·A passion for the property industry and a keen interest in furniture, interiors, and renovation projects.·Good knowledge of the London property market.·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.·A team player with a flexible approach and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Company Benefits:

Salary:

Basic salary of £30 + with realistic OTE OF £45 + (Uncapped commission)

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Some Saturdays maybe required, by prior appointments only.
