The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, creative, and inspiring lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and respect.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of pupils.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- A strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in every child.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching and professional development.
