Description
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations cases, including absence management and disciplinary procedures.
- Support recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the design and delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and training to managers on HR matters.
Profile
A successful People Advisor should have:
