Up to £40k plus £5,500 car allowance
This is a nationwide role, based out of Glasglow looking after just under 150 apprentices, focussed on the progression through the apprenticeship, ensuring the academic side is maintained and their career progression is designed and implemented to a very high standard. You will become the go to support for all things non-operational as well, being that shoulder to lean on including pastoral care and academic support all wrapped up in one!
We are looking for a character who is passionate and progressive, someone who is really keen to get stuck in. This role reports into the Head of L&D, working for a growing and progressive organisation in blue collar. It is essential you have knowledge of Scotland's Apprentice systems and funding.
