We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join a leading Investment Bank's team in Dublin for a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a Senior Vice President (SVP) maternity leave.
This team supports a fast-growing area of structured financial products, working closely with product desks in London and sales teams across Europe. The role involves advising on complex structured products, regulatory obligations, platform maintenance, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support issuance platforms
- Advise on complex structured product transactions
- Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance
- Negotiate distribution agreements
- Assist in platform expansion and business strategy execution
