Overview
A successful, growing business who are within the legal sector based in Birmingham City Centre who has an urgent requirement for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small but busy accounts team and develop your skills working alongside knowledgeable and experienced colleagues.
You will have full responsibility of the accounts function and have the opportunity to put your stamp on things. Recent accounts receivable experience is essential for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants a new challenge and is looking to further their career as a finance manager.
Ideally, you will:
- Be recently graduated, AAT studier or someone who is passionate about joining a finance team and developing their skills
- Possess high level of organisation and accuracy with the initiative to work to tight deadlines and can demonstrate ambition and drive to help you succeed with your studies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to problem-solve under pressure with a high attention to detail
- Previous experience is not essential although an understanding accounts receivable duties would be advantageous
