The Role
This role is for a dynamic Customer Service Agent, someone ambitious and ready to make an impact.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to appraise customers' items.
- Responding to customer inquiries swiftly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with various departments to provide a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
- Working together within a small team to meet shared goals.
- Showing adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Excelling in a fast-paced environment by proactively addressing issues and using initiative to solve problems.
- Creating a positive team atmosphere and contributing to a harmonious workplace.
The Individual
We're looking for people who can show:
- Previous experience in a sales contact center environment.
- Proven ability to meet team and individual targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in utilizing internal CRM systems.
- Strong skills in handling objections to address customer hesitations effectively.
- Clear and courteous telephone manner for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team to achieve common goals.
