Great automotive role with no weekend work!
We are looking for a Claims Technician to join a dynamic team in Birchwood, Cheshire. The successful candidate will be delivering exceptional automotive support to a key client and will play a vital role in ensuring motor claims are
assessed accurately and efficiently, providing a top-tier service. This role would ideally suit a candidate from a dealership or garage workshop environment and is offered Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with the potential to work one
day per week from home.
Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle claims submitted by clients, ensuring they are covered by the relevant policy and quotation
- Verify that all claims align with manufacturers' guidelines
- Deliver high levels of support and communication to all corporate partners and their clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims processed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in claim assessments
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and issues
Requirements:
- Sound level of mechanical knowledge of motor vehicles essential
- Previous experience of warranties or insurance claims could be advantageous
- PC skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
