Hours: Zero-hours but you must be available to work Men's First Team, Men's U21 and Women's First Team home match days

Come and supervisor our Ball Assistants on a matchday!

This role involves providing exceptional service to young ball assistants and their families, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their time on site. You will be responsible for checking all the ball assistants in and out, and allocate each ball assistant their position for the match. You will also attend matchday briefings to understand the demands of the game. You will work across two different locations, American Express Elite Performance Centre, Lancing and American Express Stadium, Falmer.

About you

You don't need any formal qualifications to be successful in this role, we will give you everything you need to succeed. We are looking for someone who is a team player with experience of working and supervising young people.
